Booking confirmation

At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit. If you do not pay the deposit, the room(s) will not be reserved.
The deposit amount is €100.00 (one-hundred euros) per person. By paying the deposit, guests confirm they accept the conditions of stay. The deposit is a guarantee for the booking, not an advance on the payment for the services. Alternative and/or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

Payment Methods

  • We accept a number of payment methods:
  • Cash, for payments up to € 4,999.00
  • Checks, issued and presented the day of arrival.
  • Debit and Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, POSTE PAY)

Arrival – Check-In

Rooms are available from 14.30 h on the day of arrival.
Early-Check-In: €30.00 per person (on request, if available, the room can be ready earlier).
We kindly ask guests to let us know in advance if they will arrive after 21.00 h.
Half-board and Full-Board accommodation starts at dinner on the evening of arrival and ends at breakfast on the morning of departure.
Lunch on the day of departure is not included (packed lunch can be provided on request).

Departure – Check-Out

Guests must check out by 10.00 h on the morning of departure, to allow us to prepare the rooms for our next guests.
Late-Check-out: €30.00 per person (on request, if available, the room can be available until 18.00 h).

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellations:
Up until 30 days before the date of arrival, we offer the option of transforming the deposit in a Booking Voucher to be used within the current year (transferable to third parties).
By paying a small supplement of €10.00 per person, the entire deposit is transferred if a booking is cancelled. The supplement is not refundable.
From 30 days before the scheduled day of arrival onwards, the entire deposit will be retained.
In case of no show, late arrival and early departure, the full amount will be charged at the accommodation-only tariff.
Cancellation conditions and policy apply even if the cancelled rooms are fully or partially reassigned. Cancellations are valid if submitted in writing.
For our guests' peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance.

Non-Refundable Rates

In case of cancellation, changes or no show, the amount paid will not be returned.
Failure to confirm within the terms indicated will lead to the automatic cancellation of the booking.

Tourist Tax

On 1 January 2015, Trentino introduced the Tourist Tax. Tourist tax revenues are used to build and maintain infrastructures and services and organise cultural and sports events.
The Tourist Tax – €1.50 per person per day (up to maximum 10 consecutive nights) – is added to our rates. Guests under the age of 13 are exempted. The tax is payable at the Hotel.


Forgotten items

On request, any items forgotten at the Hotel can be sent to the address provided by the customer. In addition to the shipping costs, which vary depending on the method chosen by the customer, a €10.00 fee applies.

Restaurant Dress Code

Our guests are kindly requested to dress adequately to enter the restaurant. Therefore, as a form of respect towards other guests, slippers and inadequate clothing is not permitted.


Guests must follow the establishment's rules and not introduce food and drinks on the premises.
As the wellness centre is conceived as an oasis of peace and tranquillity, and due to insurance and health reasons, children under the age of 14 are not admitted in the wellness area.

Mobile phones

We kindly ask our guests not to use their mobile phones in the Restaurant and in the Spa.


Smoking inside the Hotel is not permitted. However, there are outdoor areas dedicated to smokers. The policy complies with Law No. 11/11/1975 – which sets high penalties – and ensures a healthier environment for everyone.


Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, our hotel is not equipped to host pets. Even small-size pets are not admitted


Accommodation Conditions

  • Prices are per person/per room, depending on the accommodation option chosen
    All prices include VAT but do not include the Tourist Tax
    Unconsumed meals shall not be refunded


Drinks at the bar, drinks during meals, use of the garage and anything not included under "Services included in the price".

Cara Antonella, avevo detto che non avrei fatto recensioni, ma dopo la seconda meravigliosa esperienza, non posso esimermi. Ovviamente confermo e sottoscrivo tutte le cose positive dette in altre recensioni. Ma non tocco personale lo voglio dare. In nessun altro hotel, mi era capitato, al rientro dopo una giornata di sci, di parlare del più e del meno con il "Boss" dell' hotel, davanti una buona birra e questo la dice tutta su come ci si sente a l' Holiday. Un' abbraccio a tutti.

“Settimana bianca”

Anche quest'anno abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana in questo hotel dove l'ospite è coccolato dal primo momento dell'arrivo. È un hotel molto accogliente con camere spaziose e dorate di ogni comfort. ..specialmente le suite sono veramente belle. ..ogni angolo è molto curato da Maria e Antonella che curano personalmente anche la scelta del menù preparato dallo chef Cristian. E poi dopo una bella sciata in questo comprensorio dove le piste sono preparate sempre in modo impeccabile, cosa c'è di meglio di rilassarsi nello spazio benessere ?

“Piacevole scoperta...”

Reduci da una breve vacanza in val di Sole. Abbiamo apprezzato tanti aspetti del soggiorno presso l’hotel Holiday della sig.ra Antonella e famiglia. Dalla pulizia, alla cura per i particolari, alla cortesia e soprattutto all’eccellente cucina che ci ha deliziato il palato dopo le giornate sugli sci. Oltre a questi aspetti abbiamo apprezzato la voglia di far bene il proprio lavoro e di offrire un prodotto d'eccellenza. Cosa dire di altro………Grazie e…….. Arrivederci. Fabio
