Every day, with passion and expert hands, our chef prepares creations that meet the taste of the finest palates. Original recipes, cleverly linked to tradition, just as our Hotel's philosophy dictates.

Our objectives are wellness, sustainability and offering a multi-sensory experience: each dish at our restaurant in Val di Sole is prepared with healthy and genuine ingredients that please our guests' sense of smell, taste as well as their sight. Our cuisine is inspired by the mountains, it rediscovers and reinterprets traditional local specialities in a modern key; additionally, thanks to continuous training and research for new recipes and cooking techniques (at low temperatures and sous vide), Christian creates healthy and well-balanced dishes that exalt the taste and unique characteristics of Trentino's products and recipes. The carefully selected raw materials are mostly supplied by local producers. We also have a choice of gluten-free dishes, for guests who need, or prefer, to avoid wheat.

Breakfast

Breakfast is the beginning of a journey across local tastes and flavours. You start in the morning with a well assorted breakfast: a selection of brioches, five different breads from a small local bakery in Val di Rabbi, fresh baked products prepared by our chef, such as plum cakes, Margherita cake, lingonberry jam tarts, biscuits, jams and marmalade; fresh fruit, muesli, two types of yoghurt, three different types of charcuterie every day, warm sausages and frankfurters, cheeses, scrambled eggs, fruit juices, all sorts of organic herbal teas, filtered coffee, cold and warm milk, rice milk, soy milk, barley coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and more.

On Sundays, and on national holidays, guest who enjoy a lie in can take advantage of the Lazy Sundays promotion, and relax having breakfast until 11:00 h (on request). On the other hand, early risers can go for the Earlybird breakfast service, which allows them to have breakfast from 7:00 h (on request).

Gourmet dinner

At our restaurant, in the evenings, guests can choose from a selection of gourmet menus. In addition to the dishes served at the table, you will find a buffet with raw and cooked vegetable, side dishes and other delicacies; at the end of the meal, a choice of 5 different desserts. But we also have tasting menus, themed menus with traditional recipes and dishes prepared with organic products, for a memorable full sensorial experience.

The wines

Guests will find a very interesting list of wines to accompany and compliment our dishes. Our choice is a homage to the region and includes mainly wines form Trentino and Alto Adige: white, red, rosé and sparkling wines that have nothing to envy the most successful Italian wines.

Afternoon snack

On our mountains, afternoon snacks are an unmissable daily appointment. Every day, in the afternoon, guests will find a selection of different home-made cakes and biscuits, strudel, carrot and apple cake and lots of other sweet treats.

A Pick Nick in the woods

The irresistible charm of a relaxed lunch sitting under the firs, larches and pine trees in our woods. For guests who choose to enjoy in full the colours and atmosphere of our mountains, on request we prepare a packed lunch filled with authentic local flavours.

“Vacanza”

Cara Antonella, avevo detto che non avrei fatto recensioni, ma dopo la seconda meravigliosa esperienza, non posso esimermi. Ovviamente confermo e sottoscrivo tutte le cose positive dette in altre recensioni. Ma non tocco personale lo voglio dare. In nessun altro hotel, mi era capitato, al rientro dopo una giornata di sci, di parlare del più e del meno con il "Boss" dell' hotel, davanti una buona birra e questo la dice tutta su come ci si sente a l' Holiday. Un' abbraccio a tutti.

“Settimana bianca”

Anche quest'anno abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana in questo hotel dove l'ospite è coccolato dal primo momento dell'arrivo. È un hotel molto accogliente con camere spaziose e dorate di ogni comfort. ..specialmente le suite sono veramente belle. ..ogni angolo è molto curato da Maria e Antonella che curano personalmente anche la scelta del menù preparato dallo chef Cristian. E poi dopo una bella sciata in questo comprensorio dove le piste sono preparate sempre in modo impeccabile, cosa c'è di meglio di rilassarsi nello spazio benessere ?

“Piacevole scoperta...”

Reduci da una breve vacanza in val di Sole. Abbiamo apprezzato tanti aspetti del soggiorno presso l’hotel Holiday della sig.ra Antonella e famiglia. Dalla pulizia, alla cura per i particolari, alla cortesia e soprattutto all’eccellente cucina che ci ha deliziato il palato dopo le giornate sugli sci. Oltre a questi aspetti abbiamo apprezzato la voglia di far bene il proprio lavoro e di offrire un prodotto d'eccellenza. Cosa dire di altro………Grazie e…….. Arrivederci. Fabio
